at least not with particularly great success.

besides the diggs catch not much (offsetting helped with his penalty) but feels like that’s where they think the weakest link is in the secondary

.  You haven't been watching the NFL over the recent years.   If a QB gets lit up, in the pocket, out of the pocket, it doesn't matter anymore... It's better than 50-50 that there's a flag coming out.

How many quarterbacks get hit in that situation? That's not common, and big running QBs have notoriously not been called (Newton and hurts most commonly). You can hit the QB

Every single one of those always falls perfectly into the defenders hands. Every damn time.

Man just terrible luck

Nah…he’s done that now twice trying to throw a ball through a defender. Last one was a pick six by MIA.

There was a roughing the passer call when the DL hit the QB while he still had the ball, rolled off and didn't drive him into the ground, and didn't touch him with his helmet or on the QB's helmet.

You can 'tackle the QB'.   Hitting the QB isn't really allowed as much anymore.

Blankenship is such a good tackler, even in the open field.

That was a broken play to a covered guy in the flat before Hurts even pulled the trigger.  They earned that turnover.

Yea the read was awful to begin with, that's a one yard throw to a dude going nowhere
